Joanna Shaw


Joanna trained at Tiffany Theatre College under a full scholarship and as a child performed extensively across the UK in theatre, television and on London's West End. 

She has spoken on arts management and female entrepreneurship panels across the UK, presenting alongside industry leaders from ranging Arts Council England to New York City Ballet. 

Joanna is passionate about pioneering a new standard for the training of young dancers in the UK, and endeavours to maintain a relationship with each member of the company as it grows.

Matea Hrustic


Matea has been a member of the team since 2013. Originally from Crotia she studied at The Urdang Academy. Matea's credits include work with Jason Gilkinson on Strictly Come Dancing (BBC), Brian Freidman on Britian's Got Talent (ITV), music videos for Mablel, Not3s and The Vamps, Move It (Olympia, London) and the Olympic Asian Beach Games (Oman). She has also toured Europe with Starnights and performed with Four Corners Dance Company led by Dean Lee.

Robin Dobler

Urban Contemporary


Robin trained at Tanzwerk101 in Zurich, Switzerland and has worked internationally as a dancer, choreographer and model. His credits include music videos for MNEK & Hailee Steinfield, Karim, Anteros, Leena Ojala, Valdemar, Andrea Di Giovanni & XiHO. Robin's live credits span Europe including work for Ellese, Tour De Suisse and Company Jinks. As a professional model Robin has worked for brands such as Vogue, Jack Wills and Nike. Robin is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dance and is excited to be a member of the team at One Youth. 

William Maskell


Will trained at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts having been awarded a Dance and Drama Award at the age of 16. He is passionate about teaching and has been a member of the One Youth family since 2012. His professional credits include: Sonny in Grease (Avondale Theatre), Buttons in Cindarella (The Ashcroft Theatre), (UK Tour), Dancer/ Singer with Carnival Cruise Lines (Florida), Ensemble in Aladdin, Snow White, Dick Whittington and Jack and the Beanstalk (The Marlowe Theatre), Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (Warner Bros), Mamma Mia! (Universal Pictures), This Morning (ITV), The One Show (BBC) and Louie Spence's Showbusiness (Sky). 

Rhys Owen



Rhys trained at Colins Performing Arts and has been working with One Youth Dance since 2014. His professional credits include: Mister Maker and the Shapes Live! (UK Tour), Cindarella (The Ashcroft Theatre), Aladdin (The Marlowe Theatre), Feelgood Academy the Musical (Stratford Circus), Georgie in The Killing of Georgie (Drew McOnie), Jack and the Beanstalk (Cantebury), Dance Captain in Sleeping Beauty (Worthing) and dancer in Tank (Hofesh Schecter, Southank Centre). 

Amy Toner 

Company Assistant

Amy graduated from the London School of Contemporary Dance in 2018 with a master's degree in choreography with distinction, following her training at the University of Chichester. Since completing her formal dance training Amy has worked both nationally and internationally as a freelance dance artist and arts administrator.

Preeti Sian


Preeti trained at One Youth Dance, progressing onto Tiffany Theatre College for three years. As a professional dancer she has worked globally in Amsterdam, Lisbon, Morocco and Dubai, and is a member of internationally acclaimed company Boy Blue Entertainment. Preeti's credits also include music videos, fashion shows and live performance for brands such as Levi, JD Sports and Puma.

Melissa Bravo


Melissa trained at The BRIT School, The Urdang Academy and later at Bodywork Dance Studios having been awarded a Dance and Drama Award. Her credits include East Wall (Hofesh Shechter Company), Jonathan Harvey’s Beautiful Thing (Robby Graham/GDIF), Breakin Convention (Sadler’s Wells), Gareth Pugh S/S18 (Wayne McGregor), Nike, Ray Blk, Face of Move It 2018 (Excel London), Louise Gray S/S19, Lucozade, Lezarts Urbains (Des Beaux Arts Brussels); Les Alliances Urbaines (Theatre Victor Hugo; Paris), Spin Off (Melkweg, Amsterdam), ICON (Stratford Circus), Rasta Mouse (CBBC), McDonalds, Disneyland Paris, Peter Pan (SM Cebu), All Stars (Vertigo Films).

Irena Cuturic

Hip Hop 

Irena moved to London and joined the team in 2016. She is a member of the UK's leading street dance company Boy Blue Entertainment and her credits include Breaking Convention (2017/ 2018), project REBEL (Edinburgh International Festival), A Night With Boy Blue (Barbican Centre), Miss Universe (Croatia), Big Brother, Dancing With The Stars (Croatia), Boombox, Planet Dance and music videos for Severina, Damir Kedzo, as well as concerts for Zdravo Marijo.

Ella Redhead

Hip Hop 

Ella trained at One Youth Dance before graduating onto The Urdang Academy and The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. Her credits include Thriller Live (The Lyric Theatre), Men In Black 4 (Columbia Pictures Corporation), Dancer (Global Village, Dubai), Lost Village Festival (2018), Jack Whitehall UK Tour, Coronation Festival Buckingham Palace (BBC) as well as music videos for Wiley, Bluey Robinson and Nina G.

Alisha Margetson

Hip Hop 

Alisha trained at the North London Dance Studio graduating in 2014. She has since worked across the UK and internationally in the US, Holland, Denmark, Spain, Greece and Portugal. Her credits include work for Not3s, Maleek Berry, Dbanj, Jidenna, Unknown T, Boy George, Mr Eazi, Riton & Kah-Lo, Eugy Official, London Fashion Week, Afro Nation Festival, One Africa festival (Wembley Arena), Reading and Leeds Festival, Scholl, Google, Spotify, BBC, ITV, BT Sports, Netflix and the National History Museum.
